Job Background:FA Change Business Analyst is mainly responsible to support client change requests and process improvement initiatives which require extensive analytical skills with FA Operations expertise. This role is expected to assist in requirement gathering and impact assessment with relevant SMEs in determining the optimal solution.In this role, you're expected to: Mainly serve as Business Analyst for client change requests in requirements gathering, impact assessment and proposed solution.Review ageing change items to ensure no overdue implementation on ongoing change requestsMonitor work activities to ensure timely updates provided on ongoing change requestsTo provide end-to-end coordination work and perform impact assessment on assigned change requestsTo assess and develop solutions that will bring productivity and cost efficiency for Fund Accounting OperationsTo produce Business Requirement Document for any technology related requestTo provide testing support to perform any validation testing required by Operations prior to change implementationTo deliver solution for the change requests / projects assigned within agreed timeline with clientAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
