**Requirements**:- Able to work independently with a positive character and willing to take up new challenges- Good command and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia- The ability to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage- Computer literate- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales are encouraged**Responsibility**:- Contact existing and new customers to remind about motor insurance renewal and upsell products- Perform sales conversation based on the script that describes motor and non-motor insurance products or services (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales campaign- Prepare quotation, explain benefits, and persuade potential customers to purchase insurance renewal and/or new market business- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information/feedback for quality control- Go the "extra mile" to meet month-by-month sales targets and facilitate future sales**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Jalan Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
