1. To develop a consistent communications strategy to enhance and maintain the consistency of the Mall's image, positioning and brand identity.2. To explore with all media owners and agencies on various advertising medium available for lease and to strategize an effective advertising plan for the Mall.3. To generate desired revenue through leasing of advertising space and promotion spaces available in the Mall to tenants and external parties.4. To use social media as a channel to consistently publicise and maintain brand identity.5. To plan and executive new, creative, exciting and innovative ideas to attract new visitors, which may cover a wide range of thematic campaigns, promotion activities, special events and roadshows.6. To work closely and develop a strategic partnership with tenants and partners eg. banks, multinational corporations on joint/ cross promotions.7. To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all promotions held, either by external parties or tenants, is consistent with the image, positioning and brand identity which the Mall wants to project.8. To plan and organise relevant Corporate Social Responsibility programs that benefit the Mall and the surrounding community.9. To design and develop marketing research methods to survey the current market trends, market preference, demographic characteristics etc. in order to obtain strategic market intelligence for the benefits of the Mall.10. To monitor the news coverage of the Mall, its tenants, retail industry and competitors on a daily basis.11. To be roster on shift as Duty Manager on weekend, Public Holidays and other important occasion.12. To be abreast on the latest retail developments and trends. Visiting other malls and competitors monitoring is a must.13. To take up additional assignments given by the Management from time to time.**Requirement**:- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, Creative Multimedia, Advertising or relevant studies.- Must be able to communicate very well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.- At least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.- Working experience in a shopping mall, retail or event management will be an added advantage.Schedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?- How long for your notice period?
