Officer, Icimb & Ccbo - Statement & Card Vendor

Support Services- Monitor Perso vendor and Courier Service operation deliverables as per SLA requirements- To coordinate the delivery process of card to customers / branches- Engage with Business Unit to ensure Perso vendors / Courier Service TAT is met- Monitor Blank Card & Stationery Stock are sufficient and prepare Blank Card & Stationery Stock at Perso Vendor- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report, i.e Daily Card Emboss, redirection, destruction, SLA, Courier Dashboard at Perso Vendor/ iCIMB / CIMB- Verify vendor's invoices- Process the Incoming Tracer (I.T) for redirection / destruction in BPM system- Process the return card received from courier service- Ensure Control Effectiveness Testing (CET) supporting document submitted to the tester monthly- To maintain records of daily balancing and perform count of physical card- Attend complaint from CIMB Branches, CRU Team, Card Service Center, etc (if any)- Attend and execute any other responsibilities/tasks (adhoc) assigned by the management from time to time.
