Job Req ID: 102029- Date: 29 Aug 2023- Department: Logistics & Shipping- Location: Kulim, 02, 9090- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Regular hours), one Saturday in**Job Descriptions**:**Responsibilities**:01) To assist on Delivery and Transport Management.02) To arrange transportation and delivery of goods according to customer requirement.03) Issue Purchase Order (PO) & Prepare Delivery Order.04) To maintain and update stock variance record and finished goods.05) To prepare packing materials, transport cost and keys into ERP System.06) To prepare variance stock & finished goods report.07) To prepare monthly GDR documentations.08) To prepare monthly documentation payment for transport.09) To prepare monthly delivery / quality performance measurement for transport.10) Performs mid & year end stock count for finished goods.11) To liaise with Warehouse, factory planner, QA & Supplier on PM balance, PM Planning, PM defect and PM Replacement.12) To incharge in purchasing and packaging materials.13) To follow up Containers and Vessels booking.14) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.15) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction**Job Requirements**01) Diploma or equivalent from reputable universities.02) Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar position or equivalent.03) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).04) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.05) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.**Why Join Us?**Top Glove is proud to be the employer of choice of 10,000 employees from diverse background.
