Officer (Mushroom)

**Responsibilities**:- Prepare production planning for daily and monthly production.- To plan, coordinate, assign daily job duties to workers and implement work schedule at farm to meet production goals.- Supervise production workers and ensure baglog are prepared in accordance with the production schedule.- To monitor availability of raw material and ensure all materials are controlled, stored, segregated properly and ordering to replenishing raw materials.- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to incubation, fruiting and harvesting Ganoderma mushroom.- To ensure that records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable- Prepare and monitor weekly records and report for the baglog production, inoculation, incubation and yield of Ganoderma.- Represent Gano Section to assist the visitor and members during farm visitation and make a brief explanation to the visitor regarding the production and cultivation of Ganoderma.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or in any related field.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.- Willingness to work overtime as required.- Willing to travel local and overseas.**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusWillingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
