Job Req ID: 101951- Date: 28 Jul 2023- Department: Quality Assurance- Location: Klang, 10, 40150- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday (Regular hour**Job Descriptions**:**Responsibilities**:01) Overall in-charge of the QA/PQC functions of the company.02) Assist QA/PQC/PQC Chemist in the supervision and documentation of QA/PQC.03) Perform line problem analysis and QA/PQC analysis report as required by QA/PQC.04) Give immediate feedback to Production personnel/HOD about defect from QA/PQC.05) Conduct spot check on QA/PQC inspectors, updating QA/PQC records.06) Assist in preparing samples for customers.07) Assist in incoming packaging material, WIPs, pre-shipment inspection.08) Maintain cleanliness of QA/PQC department.09) Conduct assembly with inspectors.10) Daily monitor the OT of the inspectors and calculate total incentives for QA/PQC inspectors.11) Assist in witness the watertight test and assist in any external inspection required by customer.12) Daily monitor attendance report, sick leave and on leave of the QA/PQC inspectors.13) Assist QA/PQC Officer / Chemist and QA Executive.14) Perform line problem analysis and QA/PQC analysis.15) Conduct spot check on QA/PQC inspectors and updating QA records.16) Assist in preparing samples for customers.17) Assist in incoming packaging material, WIPs and pre-shipment inspection.18) Witness loading and sealing activities.19) Maintain cleanliness of QA/PQC section.20) Conduct assembly with inspectors.21) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior22) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.**Job Requirements**01) Diploma / Certificate / SPM or equivalent from reputable universities.02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.05) Able to work in day/night shifts and weekends as required by Management.**Why Join Us?**Top Glove is proud to be the employer of choice of 10,000 employees from diverse background.
