**Role Purpose**This role assists in managing the operations of the Student Services unit in order to provide quality service to the students and institution. This position plays a key role in administering the operations of the unit by working with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring government reporting requirements are accurate and timely to meet contractual obligations. The day-to-day operational support includes documenting procedures, and providing direct supervision/guidance for students, etc.The role is to be well versed in the use of the integrated student information system, able to work collaboratively with students, as well as colleagues from other internal departments.**Principal Accountabilities**- **Managing Student Services Office**_- Support and coordinate operations at Student Services Clinical Campus in Seremban, Batu Pahat and Kluang.- Be a liaison person with external stakeholders on matters related to student welfare and development.- Assist in IMU events including MBBS students briefing, ceremonies and projects.- **Student support services**_- Administer services involving lockers, car park stickers, indoor and outdoor recreational facilities in Clinical Campus.- Prepare digital/online promotional materials.- Manage department social media and digital platform.- Upkeep general and welfare info deck.- **Student enquiries and general enquiries**_- Attend to general and specific student enquiries pertaining to welfare and extracurricular activities (ECA.)- Assist in student feedback management for Clinical Campus- **Extra-Curricular Activities & Community Projects**_- Manage general affairs concerning clubs and societies.- Encourage, guide, and assist students in planning and organizing ECA.- Monitor clubs' and societies' activities and work with other relevant departments/bodies in the process, where needed.- Follow up with students on the post-event reports and upkeep monthly reports on student's activities.- Manage venue bookings for student ECA activities.- Assist students with the online forms, payment requests, and recording of the budget utilization.- **Student Welfare & Development**_- To help in student accommodation matters.- To assist students on documentation and submission to/from main campus.- To assist department on other related matters.**Job Requirement**- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred for this position.- Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken.**Salary**: RM2,040.00 - RM2,820.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/04/2023
