Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Assistant at Digi.Com Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.2. Manage online client accounts and provide support with account maintenance and troubleshooting.3. Assist in creating and updating online client communications and materials.4. Conduct research on client needs and preferences to improve online client experience.5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any online client issues or concerns.6. Assist in organizing and executing online client events and promotions.7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase online client engagement and retention.

Requirements:1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced online environment.2. Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with online clients.3. Research skills to gather insights into online client behavior and preferences.4. Proficient in using CRM software and other online client management tools.5.
