Online Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Online Client Service Assistant to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Assisting online clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and escalations in a timely manner- Managing and updating client accounts and information accurately- Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat platforms- Collaborating with other departments to ensure client needs are met- Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to improve services and products- Assisting in creating and updating online content and promotions- Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team setting- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Adaptability and creativity in problem-solving- Proficient in using online platforms and tools- Knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus
