Job Description:

As an Online Customer Care Associate at Dialog Group Berhad, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our online clientele. You will be expected to respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with orders, product information, and any other questions or concerns that may arise. This role is vital in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.2. Process customer orders and address any issues that may arise with order fulfillment.3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers.4. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.5. Proficient in using computers and customer service software.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.7. Planning and organization skills.8. Cooperation and teamwork skills.
