Job Description:Gamuda Berhad is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, driven, and possess strong soft skills such as innovation and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in online customer care

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively- Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in customer care
