Online Customer Service Representative

**Job Overview**:We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and responsible Online Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will primarily be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to real estate and ad placements. As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a crucial link between our company and our clients, offering high-quality service, answering questions, and solving problems to ensure unmatched customer satisfaction during their interactions with us.**Work Location**:Remote**Language Requirement**:Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.**Probation Period**:2 months (with the possibility of early regularization; 80% of salary during probation)**Salary Range**:RM1,900-RM3,200 (based on level), with additional small commissions for each sale**Evaluation Method**:Monthly performance reviews conducted by supervisors and peers.
