Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Online Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our online customers by providing excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues or complaints.3. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, promote products, and offer assistance.4. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.6. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes or products based on customer feedback.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements:1. Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.3. Resilient and confident personality traits to handle challenging customer situations.4. Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.5. Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and build positive relationships.6. High school diploma or equivalent education required.7. Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus but not required.
