Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking an experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles. The Online Customer Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless online customer experience through various communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of online customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall online customer experience- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to address customer concerns and feedback- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support- Handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner- Create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures for online customer support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- 5+ years of experience in online customer support roles- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in customer support software and tools- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Dedicated and resilient personality traits- Creativity in problem-solving and developing innovative solutions
