Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service.

Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the online customer support team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.- Oversee all online customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure timely and accurate responses.- Develop and implement customer support procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance overall customer experience.- Analyze customer support data and report on key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to address customer issues and drive customer loyalty.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continually improve operations.

Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer support or a related field.- Proven track record of managing a team and driving customer satisfaction.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Energetic and hardworking personality.- Strong presentation and planning skills.- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
