Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online live chat interactions with our clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through online live chat.2. Answer customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns.3. Assist customers with navigating the website, making purchases, and processing payments.4. Work closely with the sales team to drive conversions and upsell products or services.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Stay up to date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in online/live chat support.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.3. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.4. Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.5. Strong presentation skills and the ability to think creatively to solve customer problems.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
