Online Live Chat Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at Proton Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in online chat management or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.- Train and mentor a team of online chat representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the online chat platform.- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience that aligns with the company's branding and messaging.- Analyze data and metrics related to the online chat platform, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service and live chat management.

Requirements:- 7 years of experience in online chat management or a related field.- Energetic and independent personality traits.- Strong leadership and adaptability skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of successfully managing online chat platforms.- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
