Job Description:

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and requests via online live chat in a timely manner- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving any issues they may encounter- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies- Use creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions- Conduct online surveys and gather feedback from customers to improve the overall customer experience- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light

Requirements:- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers through live chat- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and issues- Proficient in using online chat platforms, CRM systems, and other online tools- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)- Prior experience in a customer service or online chat role is preferred
