Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Online Marketing Assistant to join our team at UEM Sunrise Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in online marketing who is looking to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns- Create content for social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing efforts- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing- Assist in the coordination of promotional events and activities- Support the Online Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks and projects
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms- Energetic and dedicated team player with a proactive attitude- Strong leadership and decision-making skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Experience with content creation and digital marketing strategies- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices- Understanding of data analysis and reporting metrics
