Online Marketing Executive

Responsibilities :-

· To response all customers inquiries and ordering promptly

· To assist accuracy and maintaining of stock inventory / movement record.

· Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on e-commerce platform
· Create marketing strategy for every month

· Update sales summary report

· Find out competitor price analysis for each product

· Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
· Settling customers concerns in a swift and professional manner.

· Harnessing internal relationships to better address customers’ needs and to maximize our profits.

· To gather all marketing plan and activity from all HOD

· To participate in the event organizing by the company and the social media
· To know better product knowledge

· Attend networking events and product launches.

· Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

· Key in purchase invoice in the system for each and every products.
· Packing items and shipping out to customers according to requirement.

· Assisting team in multitasking job as per company required.

Requirements:-

· Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channel
· Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Valid driving licence

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication

· Ability to work well in a team.

· Customer focused.
