Online Support Assistant

Job Description:

Genting Group is seeking a part-time Online Support Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, have excellent presentation skills, and be able to think innovatively.

Responsibilities:1. Providing online support to customers via email, live chat, and social media channels.2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Assisting with online orders, payments, and refunds.4. Monitoring online reviews and feedback, and addressing any concerns raised by customers.5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience.6. Creating and updating online support materials such as FAQs and user guides.7. Providing input and suggestions for improving the online support process.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.2. Confident and independent personality traits.3. Strong presentation skills.4. Ability to think innovatively and come up with creative solutions.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.6. Proficiency in using online support tools and software.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.8. Familiarity with online customer service best practices.
