Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in online chat management.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee the online web chat platform for customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online chat experience and improve customer engagement.3. Train and supervise a team of online chat agents to provide efficient and effective customer support.4. Monitor and analyze key metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve the online chat platform.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online chat with other customer service channels.6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online chat management to continuously improve the platform.
Requirements:1. 7 years of experience in online chat management or a related field.2. Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.3. Strong strategic planning skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.4. Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.5. Experience in team management and leadership.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
