Responsibilities
- daily operations activities, order processing and logistics
- processing orders and delivery lead-time
- communications between team, customers and suppliers
- look for productivity, increase operations efficiency and simplicity
- prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple task independently
- ensure proper filling of all documents for easy retrieval
- participate in ad-hoc assignments/projects
- other administrative functions as delegated
- any task assigned by superior
Requirements
- minimum SPM/Diploma
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Computer literate
- Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
- Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- Possess own transport
