**ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**:a) Responsible for custom clearance at all Custom phases, Bonded Warehouses, Sea-Port, and Airport and attend custom examination when requiredb) Ensure custom form are cleared and endorsed by customc) Handling the custom examination if requiredd) Provide update on the custom form status for any urgent shipments and/or if required.e) Ensure the quantity are correct and inspect the physical shipment quality during handover.f) Post declaration all the customs forms are printed and sorted for submission to ops and customsg) All Imports job and file updating to be doneh) Post updating of the job file and customs clearance, the jobs files to be sent to finance.i) Maintain very good relationship with customs and operations team.**QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**:in any fieldb) Must have at least 1 year of working experience in a relevant industry.c) Have knowledge of Customs/Port documentation and regulations might be desirable.d) Able to use Microsoft Office and good in writinge) Hardworking and able to work on weekends / public holidaysf) To work on shift (morning and evening shifts on a weekly rotation)g) Possess motorbike (need to travel to perform customs clearance in airport & sea-ports required)*Location: Sungai Ara, Bayan Lepas*Can start working immediatelyPay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Operation Cler (Custom Brokerage): 1 year (required)**Language**:- Malay (required)- English (required)Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
