**Working Location**111,Jalan MEC 1, Bandar MEC, Gambang, 26300 Pahang Malaysia- Manage resources contract requirements- Visible participation in all HSSE programs and activities- Process documentation for operational compliance and requirements- Assist management in the preparation of HR paperwork- Assist within the country team environment on ad hoc tasks as required- Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation to meet the customer's distribution requirements.- Promote exceptional customer relationship for the company- Understand customer needs and requirements- Maintain positive relationship with customers- Deal effectively with queries from both internal and external customers- Timely, accurate preparations of documents- Timely preparation of all documentation associated with contractual requirements.- Accurate maintenance and timely processing of all documentation- Ensure understanding of Linfox policies- Maintain positive relationship with managers, colleagues and external contacts.- Deal effectively with queries in a professional, efficient and helpful manner.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift**Experience**:- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)- Operations Clerk: 1 year (preferred)- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
