Job Description: We are looking for an Operation Coordinator to support our rental and transportation operations for cranes, heavy lifting machinery, and other equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about equipment rental, logistics management, and customer service within the construction and transportation industries. Responsibilities: Coordinate transportation logistics for equipment delivery and pickup. Communicate with clients to understand their equipment needs and provide support. Schedule equipment maintenance and repairs. Update and maintain rental and transportation records. Assist in monitoring equipment utilization and recommending improvements. Schedule equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance. Learn and follow safety regulations and company policies. Support senior rental and transportation managers as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
