Qualifications & experience Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university Min 8-10 years of relevant working experience Technical skills Product and process knowledge Factory and manufacturing management knowledge Tasks & responsibilities Overall manage production department on safety, productivity, yield, output, quality, 5S housekeeping, procedure, discipline, manpower planning and training. Overall manage planning department to ensure proper production scheduling, smooth and no interruption in whole supply chain process. To oversee and ensure planning and production team utilize and convert raw material and WIP to prevent and/or minimize obsolete stock. Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to resolve both issues and conflicts that form barriers to attainment of manufacturing related issues and our company policy. Experience in Blow film Extrusion, Laminator and printing would be preferable Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
