Operation Executive (Dormitory)

Will work in Butterworth Office for 3 months first, after get the license of DormitoryDormitory at Kulim, Kedah.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Execute the company policies and procedures in the dormitory activities.- Ensure all dormitory activities are meeting the standard requirements; if found any unusual activities shall immediately report to superior.- Prepare and plan inspection schedule for superior review.- Ensure the warden conducts all scheduled inspection and prepare the report accordingly.- Standardize all the dormitory sticker/ notice across the sites and ensure it complies with the RBA/ Dyson requirements.- Coordinate if any special tasks from the customer/ authorities, such as site surveys, special projects/requests, and audit implementation.- Assist in vendor/customer queries/problems, and escalate to related PICs when required- All other duties as assigned by the manager and project management.**Position Specifications**- Diploma in any business-related field or at least 3 years working experiences in relevant field.- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.- Highly organized and attention to details oriented- Good knowledge of using social media for sourcing applicant- Good computer literacy.- Warden or technician experience will have an added advantagesPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- warden/technician: 1 year (preferred)- dormitory working: 1 year (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
