Operation Executive (Northport)

**Working Location: Northport, Klang**- **Major Duties**:_- Supervise daily collections/deliveries to ensure correct & smooth execution of schedules.- Check backlog job on driver & ensure new planning for driver.- Liaison with customer regarding movement/KPI report, movement planning including delivery, collection and etc.- Track & monitor all depot and port charges.- Receive ROT from customer and generate credit note.- **Minor Duties**:_- Assist supervisor on capacity planning.- Assist on enquiries from customer.- Assist M&R on PM trailers & other equipment.- Report on driver related issues.- Any other task as instructed by superior.**Job Specification**- Minimum SPM in related field or equivalent.- At least 2 years working experience in operation or equivalent.- Computer literate.- Able to communicate and write in both languages (English & Malay)- Survey and quality control skills- Willingness to work at Northport, Klang**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs
