Trip.com Group started its International Business towards the end of 2013, and the extent and pace of growth continues at an impressive rate.As part of the exciting global expansion strategy, Trip.com is now growing its team in the Philippines to make its presence even more vibrant in Asia and the global market.The HR Assistant will assist in the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and employee engagement.Job Responsibilities:Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring and onboarding of qualified job applicants for open positionsPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programsincluding but not limited employee engagementRespond to general human resources-related inquiriesCreate employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activitiesMaintain employee personnel records and relevant employer statutory updatesMaintains knowledge ofbenefits analysis, market trends, best practices, regulatory changes,and new technologies in human resourcesPerform ad hoc duties, as necessaryJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or any relevant fieldExcellent verbal and written English communication skills1+year experience as HR Generalist or equivalent role in a customer service contact center environment; travel industry preferredHighly skilled in MS Office and other office toolsStrongorganizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
