Operation & Maintenance Technician

The Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Operations & Maintenance Technician is reporting to the Project Manager and responsible for day-to-day operation of WWTP.**I.** **DAILY TASK**- Day to day WWTP routine check and monitoring systems.- SCADA control and troubleshooting.- Perform troubleshooting like diaphragm pump, solenoid valve etc.- Chemical Top up and disposal management.- Liaising for chemical dumping management with other residence contractors.- Filter-press operation (Loading/unloading/Washing).- Chemical fine-tuning for cost reduction / process stabilization.- pH sensor calibration (monthly)- Waste and Disposal Management.- Perform monthly sampling & Ad hoc sample.- Preparation for daily report to submit to the client.- Perform a simple hands-on job.- Maintain proper housekeeping of Wastewater plant.- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior/management from time to time.**II.** **QUALIFICATIONS**- Min Diploma in any engineering Fields with at least 2-3 years of experience in WWTP.- Forklift license is and added advantage.- Able to relocate to Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.- Must be able to communicate in both English and Malay.- Computerize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
