Responsible:- 1 Monitor production have archive daily target as commitment:1.1 Chair daily production meeting.- "Daily brief with production Shift A+B supervisor, material coordinator, leader, QA Departmentand planner."- Follow production schedule from PLANNER and manage daily job schedule (Included set up).- Review and discuss yesterday output and rejection to take corrective action.- Follow Jam part & On hold status then update to PLANNER.- Gather information from QC engineering (Customer requirement).- Advise for quality condition for those non-confirm part.- Arrange daily work for each position and monitor closely.- Follow up previous job arrangement every day 9am,12pm,3pm and 6pm.1.2 On hold and Jam part- Hand over Jam part quantity to A/B shift leader.- Request "special accept" or "limit" from QC and sharing the information to team members.- Follow up with supervisor/leader arrange operator doing rework or sorting for on hold part.- Follow up with supervisor/leader arrange operator clean the Jam part follow target output provided.- Study the on-hold root cause and arrange tool repair / service if needed.- Communication with tool department for stand by tool before down mold.1.3 Manage Daily output- If cannot achieve daily target should be have a discussion with team members and process technical manager.1.4 Machine & Mold1.4.1 Machine- Follow repair lead time for those machines under maintenance.- Sharing the information to PLANNER1.4.1 Mold- Inform Tooling Department (issue tool repair form) and request the repair lead time and available standby tool.- Sharing the information to PLANNER2 Production- Make sure the production is following PLANNER schedule.- Random spot checks the WI and caution point (if available) have display at production line and operator have follow the process accordingly.- Ensure production part have the 1st piece and follow 1st piece condition.3 Monitor set up time and follow set up schedule with set up team to ensure have fulfill production schedule.4 Monitor Supervisor and leader daily work flow.5 Monitor Production store area "5S" status with material coordinator and material handler.6 Monitor Crushing man7 Every 8am need check Shift B parameter status and discuss with Shift B team before 9am, after 9am shift A Technician will take full responsibility for it (Included Cycle time).8 Every 8pm need check Shift A parameter status and discuss with Shift A team before 9am, after 9pm shift B Technician will take full responsibility for it (Included Cycle time)Qualification / Knowledge / Skill Requirement:- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field- Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.- Ensure process and finished product specifications are met to quality standards.- Manage production flow to ensure on-time delivery and output targets are met.- Responsible for continuous improvement in operating cost efficiency of manpower, process, equipment and facility.- Develop and execute action plans for continuously improvement in all operations related activities in safety, product quality & work efficiency.- Prepare, review and validate production data and production reports as needed to support the production accounting process.- Ensure orders are met without delays and comply with customers' requirements.- Work closely with the warehouse & inventory team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively; supervise daily delivery scheduleAuthority- Decision maker for overall production activities- Engage and entertain related supplier and customer- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary- Management control overall schedule, manpower, process flow, productivity and quality**Salary**: From RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
