**Main Duty**Operation Manager is responsible for managing the operations department in day-to-day activities in performing projects and shutdown activities in compliance with quality, environment, safety and health policy, procedures and work instructions.**Scope of Work**- Leading the day-to-day operations of CR3M business- Responsible for division: Operations, Technical and Maintenance Plant and Yard- Final responsibility for timely of tenders/ proposals to customer- Responsibility for compliance of ISO system in line with operating activities- Ensure all job are planned, prepared and executed in a safe, timely manner and to the satisfaction of the customer and within the budget.- Defined project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management.- Ensure all documents, resources, project plans, proposal, reporting and other appropriate for project site are implementing and successful in achieving the goals of project.- To cooperate and follow all company rules and regulations and understanding all company policies, procedures and work instructions which related with the duties follow Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health System.- Ensure that all equipment is maintained, serviced and certified as required.- To assist in marketing and promoting all services rendered by the company.- To undertake special task or other duties whenever required- The above duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to define minimum activities. These duties may be altered to suit the needs of the Company.**Authority**- Take charge in attending to technical and commercial issues arises related to project's execution and recommend solution for approval.- Liaising with external parties i.e. Client, Vendor, Supplier, Subcontractors etc.- Hold the plant, machinery, equipment, and vehicles from being used on HSEQ aspects.- Reject any goods, services, tools, and materials which are received not to the specification.- Sign Delivery Order/ Job Order in accordance with the company Purchase Order.- Verify subordinate and Vendor's site claims and timesheets.**Accountability**- Follow all company rules and regulations and understanding all company policies, procedures and work instructions and assure subordinates understand and follow these.- Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local codes and safety laws.- Ensure that job executions are preformed within the budget and within or ahead of the planned schedule.- Ensure that projects are executed with the allocated resources and manage project issues, budgets, and schedules and to lead the team to meet set target.- Ensure all data related to the division's performance is tracked and both quantitative and qualitative reports, formats are produced within the agreed timelines.- Ensure Client/ Customer Complaint is attended to and closed within the agreed timeline.- Follow all company rules and regulations and understanding of all company policies, procedures and work instruction.- Ensure that all records are properly files and easily retrievable for audit and in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.- Oversee that the safety regulations are followed by company and subcontractor crews. Safety meetings must be adequately attended.Other Requirements.- Technical Tertiary Education preferably Degree in Mechanical Engineering- Minimum 10 years and above- Min. age 30 years old- Affability, Honesty and Stability- Able to work under stressful condition.- Literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)- Fluent in English language- Computer Literate- Competent driving license- Good Health**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM11,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Kemaman (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kemaman: Relocate before starting work (required)
