• Responsible for the operations of entire production. • Responsible for quality in electroplating, powder coating & painting, technical support (including pre/post -treatment and finish coat) with controlled manpower to achieve the daily targeted output in the most efficient, economical and safe manner; • Plan, direct and monitor all production activities within an assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and meet established production specifications and schedules, volume, cost and wastage targets and quality standards; • Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocate labour and capital resources to maximize for productivity expectation; • Analyse production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions (for example changes to procedures, workflow or equipment) that will improve performance of the Company; • Plan, prioritize and manage production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules; • Lead; direct, evaluate and develop a team members who are responsible for various production activities; • To monitor and maintain operation efficiency and cost monitoring; • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Company’s SOP; • Ensure strict adherence of production schedule to meet customer expectations; • Establishes priorities, schedules and staff assignments to meet delivery deadlines; • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and production reports; • Accurate costing and risk analysis to ensure project feasibility and profitability; • Proactively identify, propose and implement improvements to systems and processes in order to achieve overall customer’s satisfaction; • Be part of the organization member that contributing to fostering harmonious working environment; • Assist Management to establish new policies and develop worker skills; • Undertake special assignment, perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time. • To train new workers & supervisors. • Key driver on new project development and responsible for continues improvement activities in the production
