Operation Manager (Miri)

**Operation Manager - LD Welding Sdn. Bhd.****Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum 5 years experience in this field.- Knowledge of management software programs.- Strong IT skills, including database development.- Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience.- Must be proficient in English and Malay.- Ability to speak in Mandarin is an advantages.- Age between 28 to 42 years old.**Responsibilities**:- Maintain constant communication with staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.- Preparing letters, quotations, documents, reports, and proposal.- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.**Benefits & Remunerations**:- Salary Range: RM3000 - RM3500- EPF, Socso & EIS- Annual Leave: 12 Days- Medical Benefits: RM50- Allowance will be discussed according to job production
