Operation Section Manager (Semiconductor) - Melaka

**Responsibilities**- Production Overall Performance.- Responsible in the overall aspects include planning, co-ordination and control of the operations or production processes.- Drawing up a production schedule, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.- Provide necessary support to engineering as need arises.- Fulfill output target, quality target and maintenance cost budget.- Coordinate activities related to all production processes.- To strengthen and enhance the procedures process.- Supervising and motivating all production team.- Communication with Production Planning Department on delivery issues.- Approval of cost related activities.- Authorized for production schedule.- Review and approve lot disposition.- Provide I-8D for reply to customer complaint.**Requirement**:- **Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.**:- **3 - 7 years related work experience & open to Malaysian citizen**:- **(DIE BOND / WIRE BOND / ENCAPSULATION / PLATING / SAWING / TESTING)**:- **Able to speak Chinese.****Open for Malaysians onlyKindly send in your updated resume to "tracylim at orgresources dot com dot my" or call 06 3361851 / 06 3361852 (Tracy Lim)**Salary**: RM6,230.62 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Manufacturing: 8 years (preferred)
