**Looking for Admin & Operation Car Park Management - MSQ Damansara, Petaling Jaya****Requirements**:- Preferred female only- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities- Hardworking and self-motivated- Working knowledge of office devices and processes- Excellent communication skills- Answer the phone to take message & greet clients warmly- Undertake basic knowledge issues tax invoices- Teamwork, problem-solving skills- Have own transport- supervise overall carpark operation- Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive- To handle all daily operations of the office including organizing and maintaining the filing systems, monitoring incoming and outgoing mails, maintaining office equipment and furniture- To remind your management expiring of metrology, parking license or any relevant license for carpark.- To handle and manage daily car-park operation matters and staff work schedules & security team.- Banking Collection at the bank.- Researches, compiles, assimilate and prepare confidential and sensitive documents and brief the administrator or executive regarding content- Inspects on car park machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired.- Replenishes car park tickets at entry stations to ensure that they are well stocked.- Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods.- Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties.- To prepare and circulate memo - related to the car-park operations- To draft/prepare letter - related to the operations- To set an appointment, example meeting - related to the car-park operations- To prepare reports /police report on incident happened at the car-park- Ensure all the outlets reports/schedules are up to date (TNG, Season Renewal Report)- What's app -group will created to make sure you updating daily attendance, routines, task, to seek information or any updates as per your management requested.- To keep clean of office & parking compound.- Read and screens incoming correspondence and reports; makes preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents; composes letters and memorandum in responses to inquiries- Acts as liaison between the administrator or executive, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments.- To backup/help staff at location of carpark office if required.- To standby work/supervise during public holidays/Off days.- Get approval from your superior if you need perform job after working hour (Overtime).- To check punch-card, timing of your team includes security team and do calculation of salary.- Do not misused cards to renew/giving free tickets to customer or 3rd parties.- Additional job has to be carried out or any other related duties as requested by your superior or Management.**Benefits**- Deductions for EPF, Socso & EIS- Allowance for Handphone, Outstation and Transportation (if needed)- Overtime- Company t-shirt provided- Year bonus - based on performance_- Contact number: 03-87513723 (Ms Kasthuri/Ms Hana - HR)_- HQ Address: No. 22, Jalan Budiman, Budiman Business Park, Jalan Sungai Long, 43000 Kajang, Selangor._**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shift- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payExpected Start Date: 12/01/2023
