Operations Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**- Support and enforce all aspects of company policies/procedures- Monitor and drive 3PLs performance towards defined KPIs- Establish and maintain the operations guideline for supply chain process.- Accountable for the optimization of performance for all operational processes.- Manage and lead the operational teams.- Assess and develop the team members in skill development and career management.- Develop customer relationship to assist in the achievement of revenue.- Manage the customer relationships to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved.- Manage all contract financials (budgets, P&L, revenue streams, costs)- Manage all warehouse HR, OH&S and team member welfare issues.**Requirements**:- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Logistic or Supply Chain is required for this position.- Data analytics and preparation of reports for Management Team- Strong interpersonal skills- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.Job Reference: MY02603
