Operations Associate

Job description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our company.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and monitoring day-to-day operations- Conduct research and analysis to improve operational efficiency- Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies- Track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives- Support in project management and coordination of various operational tasks

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in operations or project management- Strong strategic planning and communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills- Energetic and proactive mindset- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
