Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company. You will be responsible for assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organization. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and organizing daily operations- Support management in project planning and execution- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for decision-making- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders- Monitor and report on operational performance- Handle administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Independent and hardworking- Demonstrated leadership skills- Innovative mindset- 3 years of relevant experience- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in MS Office suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
