Operations Associate

Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and resilient Operations Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in operations-related roles.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures- Conduct research to identify areas of improvement and optimization- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services- Provide support in project management and execution- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field- Proven experience in operations roles, with at least 4 years of relevant experience- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams- Excellent research skills to analyze data and identify trends- Motivated and resilient attitude towards overcoming challenges and achieving goals
