Operations Associate

Job description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an entry-level position, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting various operational functions within the company. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Assist in the coordination and execution of day-to-day operations.2. Support in project management activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.3. Carry out administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.4. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.5. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.7. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as needed.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. No prior experience required.3. Confident and adaptable personality traits.4. Strong project management and critical thinking skills.5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.8. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
