Operations Associate

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Associate in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, quality control, and logistics coordination- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products- Analyze operational data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational processes- Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals and objectives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field- Proven experience in operations or a similar role- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable and dedicated mindset- Soft skills in adaptability and strategic planning
