Job Description:
As an Operations Associate at Westports Holdings Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing and optimizing operational processes- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks related to operations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement- Support in identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to management- Assist in resolving operational issues and implementing solutions- Maintain and update operational documentation and procedures
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven experience in operations management- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team- Excellent negotiation and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus
