Operations Associate

**Young Hungry Free** is a trendy clothing store for the fashion-forward youth. As our **Remote Operations Executive**, you will be in charge of various business operational tasks to meet the Company's desired objectives.Your tasks will be fully desk-bound. Tasks include, but not limited to, customer service, backend order fulfilment, inventory and cargo management as well as the preparation for weekly launches for both our online and offline stores.**Responsibilities**:- Uphold all KPIs and ensure the efficiency of our Ops Team.- Be the point of contact for all online queries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.- Generating Picking Lists and Waybills for all online orders.- Providing after-service and following up on orders.- Managing inventory, quality check and weekly stock count.- Unpack shipments weekly and replenish new stocks for weekly arrival.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 1-year commitment period.- Prior customer service experience is a bonus.- Strong command of the English language.- A team player, efficient and honest.- Able to work independently and well under deadlines and pressure.- Able to establish good rapport with current and potential customers.- Love being forever young, hungry and free.***Location and hours**:- This is a remote position- 5-day work week from Monday to Fridays, 9am to 7pm**Perks**:- Team YHF Benefit - first dibs on upcoming launches, staff discount, monthly YHF wardrobe**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
