Operations Associate

Job Description:As an Operations Associate at Hilton in Kuala Lumpur, your main responsibility will be to support the day-to-day operations of the hotel. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient running of the establishment. This is an entry-level position perfect for those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and in good condition- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed- Support the front desk staff with administrative tasks- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience- Contribute to the overall success of the hotel through hard work and dedication

Requirements:- No prior experience necessary, but a passion for hospitality is a plus- Confident and independent individual who can work well under pressure- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong persuasion skills to upsell services to guests- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
