Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Operations Associate to join our team at Hilton in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:- Assist with day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk duties, guest services, and administrative tasks- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience- Conduct strategic planning to improve efficiency and productivity within the hotel- Present data and reports to management on a regular basis- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the hotel

Requirements:- Driven individual with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests- Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
