Operations Associate

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented, driven, and passionate Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Perform daily operations tasks such as data entry, processing transactions, and reconciliations- Assist with the preparation of regulatory reports and compliance documentation- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiencies- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving- Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks- Excellent research skills to gather and analyze information effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
