Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and independent Operations Associate to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the energy industry.

Responsibilities:- Assist with monitoring and coordinating day-to-day operational activities - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and timely project completion- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions- Support in problem-solving and decision-making processes to enhance overall performance- Assist in strategic planning and forecasting to meet operational goals- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes

Requirements:- No prior experience required, entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
